Have you lost a family member or loved one? People often ask how they can help you after the loss of a loved one. Participating in the GriefShare series is one thing you can do for yourself.

What is Grief Share? It's a 13-week video series which features professional counselors & laypeople, group sharing (not required), & a workbook to help you collect your thoughts. 

We will meet at Christian Life Church, 300 Rustic Street, Plymouth. 

Some of the subjects that will be presented are the challenges of grief, the journey of grief, grief & your relationships, guilt, anger, complicating factors, feeling stuck. We will also consider questions like "Why?", "Is this normal?", and "What do I live for now?"

There is a small fee for the workbook. No childcare is provided.
